Renovation Debris Removal in Fort Worth
Renovation debris is different from household junk in one important way: it arrives on a schedule. The cabinets come out on Tuesday and the new ones arrive Thursday, and what happens in between decides whether the project stays on track.
Call (817) 347-0928- Scheduled between trades, not after the project
- Repeat pickups across a longer build
- Homes, offices, retail and industrial sites
- Non-hazardous construction and remodel waste

Debris is a scheduling problem before it is a disposal problem
On a well-run renovation, the strip-out finishes and the next trade starts the following morning. That only works if the debris has gone. A pile of old cabinets in the middle of the kitchen is not just untidy — it is the reason the installers cannot start.
Dumpsters solve this for long projects with a steady output. For the far more common case — debris arriving in two or three bursts across a few weeks — a crew that comes when you call is faster, does not need a permit, does not sit on the driveway for two weeks, and does not attract the neighborhood’s spare mattresses.
The practical difference is that a truck arrives, loads, and leaves. The site is clear the same afternoon rather than at the end of the rental period.

What we cannot take, stated plainly
There are limits, and it is better to know them before a crew is standing on your site. Asbestos-containing material is the significant one — older Fort Worth homes and commercial buildings do contain it, in floor tile, mastic, popcorn ceilings and pipe insulation. That needs a licensed abatement contractor, not a junk truck.
Wet paint, solvents, adhesives, fuel, and any container of liquid chemicals are also out. Empty, dry and hardened is generally fine; liquid is not.
We also do not do demolition. We clear what has already been removed. If a wall needs to come down, that is a contractor’s job and we arrive after them.
- No asbestos-containing material
- No wet paint, solvents or liquid chemicals
- No demolition — we clear, we do not remove structure
- Dry, hardened and non-hazardous material is fine

FAQ
Renovation Debris Removal in Fort Worth — common questions
- Can you come while the renovation is still going on?
- Yes, and it is usually the better way to run it. Debris cleared between trades means the next crew has a floor to work on rather than a pile to work around.
- Is this cheaper than a dumpster?
- It depends on the project. For debris that comes out in two or three bursts, a truck usually wins on both cost and hassle. For a long project with continuous output, a dumpster may be better. There is a full comparison in the guides.
- Do you take asbestos-containing material?
- No. Older Fort Worth properties can contain it in floor tile, mastic, popcorn ceilings and pipe lagging, and it requires a licensed abatement contractor. If you suspect it, stop and get it tested before anyone disturbs it.
- Do you do the demolition as well?
- No. We clear material that has already been removed. Demolition is a contractor’s trade and we arrive afterwards.
- Can you handle heavy material like stone countertops and tile?
- Yes. Weight is factored into the quote rather than being a refusal. A granite run and a bathroom of tile are both routine.
