Where we fit in the process, and where we do not

Eviction in Texas is a court process with defined steps and defined timing, and it ends with a writ of possession executed by a constable. Until that has happened, the property and its contents are not yours to clear.

We are not part of that process. We do not attend evictions, we do not remove people or their belongings from an occupied property, and we do not advise on the law. Any company willing to do those things is creating a serious problem for the landlord who hired them.

Being realistic about it: a unit cleared after an eviction is often in worse condition than a normal turnover. There is frequently spoiled food, general refuse, damaged furniture and belongings left in a hurry.
