Before you book
What the form will ask you for
- What needs to go — a sentence is enough to start
- Photographs, which are the fastest route to an accurate price
- The address, so the crew is routed from the right yard
- A pickup window that suits you
- Anything the crew should know: stairs, gate codes, access
What happens next
Nobody is dispatched before you see a price
Booking runs on the central Junk Koala platform, which is where pricing, scheduling, your account and payment all live. That is deliberate: one login across every Junk Koala branch, and one place your job history is kept.
The availability the calendar shows is real rather than aspirational. If today has capacity in Fort Worth you will see it; if it does not you will see tomorrow, which is a great deal better than finding out late in the afternoon that nobody is coming.
Would rather talk it through first? Call (817) 347-0928 or send photographs through the quote form first.
On the day
What actually happens when the crew arrives
Four steps, and the only one that needs anything from you is the second.
- 1
They call ahead
So you are not waiting in for a window without knowing where the truck is.
- 2
You point
Walk the crew round and confirm what is going. Anything you are keeping is set aside first.
- 3
They load
Carried out from wherever it stands. You do not lift anything, and the route out is protected.
- 4
They sweep and go
The cleared space is swept before the truck leaves, and payment settles through your account.

Booking questions
- How far in advance should I book?
- A day or two gives you the widest choice of windows. Same-day is frequently available for smaller loads near the Beach Street yard, and the calendar shows what is genuinely open rather than promising a slot it cannot hold.
- Do I have to be home?
- For an in-house clearance it helps to be there at the start to confirm what is going. For a curbside pickup, an accessible garage or an empty property you do not need to be present at all — just confirm access and scope when you book.
- What if I am not sure how much there is?
- Send photographs. Volume is genuinely hard to describe and easy to photograph, and a few pictures from the doorway get you a firm number rather than a range.
- Can I change or cancel a booking?
- Yes, through your Junk Koala account. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation all run on the central platform, which is why one account works across every Junk Koala branch.
- What if the crew arrives and there is more than I described?
- They will tell you before loading and revise the quote, rather than loading first and presenting a different number afterwards. Nothing goes on the truck at a price you have not agreed.
- Which areas can I book for?
- Fort Worth and the surrounding western Tarrant County cities this branch covers, plus a defined set of Parker County markets to the west. Arlington and the Mid-Cities are a different Junk Koala branch.
