Restaurant Cleanouts in Fort Worth
Restaurant clearances split cleanly in two: the front of house, which is furniture, and the back of house, which is heavy stainless steel bolted to a floor and connected to gas, water and extraction.
Call (817) 347-0928- Front and back of house
- Heavy stainless equipment handled
- Gas and water isolated by a licensed trade first
- Overnight and closed-day scheduling

Back of house is the difficult half
Dining rooms are straightforward. Tables, chairs, banquettes, bar stools, light fittings and decor — bulky, but ordinary furniture work.
Commercial kitchens are not. Ranges, fryers, walk-in coolers, prep tables, hoods and dishwashers are extremely heavy, frequently bolted down, and connected to gas, water, drainage and extraction. All of those connections have to be isolated by a licensed trade before anything is disconnected or moved.
The other constraint is the doorway. Commercial kitchen equipment routinely goes into a space before the final wall goes up, which means getting it out sometimes needs a genuine plan rather than four people and enthusiasm.

Kitchen equipment
Ranges, fryers, prep tables, refrigeration and dishwashers, once isolated.

Panel-built units dismantled where the structure allows. Refrigerant must be reclaimed first.

Canopies and ducting where they have been disconnected by a competent trade.

What has to happen before we arrive
Gas isolated and capped by a licensed gas fitter. Water isolated and drained. Electrical connections made safe by an electrician. Refrigerant reclaimed from any cooling equipment by a certified technician.
None of that is us being difficult. Disconnecting commercial gas or moving an uncapped refrigeration unit is genuinely dangerous and, in the case of refrigerant, illegal without certification.
- Gas capped by a licensed fitter
- Water isolated and lines drained
- Electrical made safe by an electrician
- Refrigerant reclaimed by a certified technician

FAQ
Restaurant Cleanouts in Fort Worth — common questions
- Can you disconnect the kitchen equipment?
- No. Gas, water, electrical and refrigerant connections all need the appropriate licensed trade. Once the equipment is isolated and safe, we move it.
- Do you take walk-in coolers?
- Panel-built units can often be dismantled and removed once the refrigerant has been reclaimed by a certified technician and the unit is disconnected. Send photographs and we will confirm.
- Can you work when we are closed?
- Yes. Overnight, early morning and closed-day scheduling is standard for hospitality clearances.
- What about grease, oil and kitchen chemicals?
- Those we cannot take. Waste cooking oil, grease trap contents and cleaning chemicals need specialist collection.
