Post-Construction Junk Removal in Fort Worth

The last clear before handover is the one that decides how a finished project looks. Everything is built, everything works, and the site is still covered in packaging, offcuts and floor protection.

What is left at the end is mostly packaging

By the time a build or a substantial renovation completes, the heavy debris has usually gone. What remains is deceptively bulky: cardboard from every appliance and fixture, foam and film packaging, floor protection, offcut ends, empty buckets, banding and the general accumulation of a finished site.

It is light, which means it is cheap by weight, but it occupies a lot of truck. A single new kitchen produces enough packaging to fill a large portion of a load on its own.

The exterior matters as much as the interior here. A perfectly finished house with a pile of packaging beside the garage does not read as finished.

The final clear list

  • Appliance and fixture packaging
  • Cardboard, foam and film
  • Floor protection and masking
  • Offcut ends and short lengths
  • Empty buckets, tubs and containers
  • Banding, strapping and pallets
  • Protective sheeting and tape
  • Exterior debris and stacked material

Timing it against handover

Book the final clear for the day before the client walk-through or the move-in, not the morning of. Completion dates slip by hours routinely, and a clearance crew arriving into a site where the last trade is still working achieves very little.

Where a build has a hard handover date with a penalty attached, tell us and we will hold a slot rather than treating it as an ordinary booking.

FAQ

Post-Construction Junk Removal in Fort Worth — common questions

Is this the same as a post-construction clean?
No. We remove the debris and packaging; a construction clean is a specialist cleaning trade that does the dust, glass and finishes afterwards. Clearance first, clean second — doing it the other way round wastes the clean.
How much truck does packaging actually take?
More than people expect. A new kitchen’s worth of appliance and cabinet packaging can be a third of a truck by itself, even though it weighs very little.
Can you clear the exterior as well?
Yes, and it is worth doing at the same time. Stacked offcuts, packaging and material beside the garage are what a client sees first.
Can you work to a hard handover date?
Yes. Tell us the date and whether there is a penalty attached, and we will hold the slot rather than treating it as a routine booking.
